The "Dynamics Days" are international conferences on the theory and applications of nonlinear dynamics. They have been held regularly in Europe since 1980, in the United States since 1982, in the Asia-Pacific region since 1999, in Latin America and the Caribbean since 2010, and in Central Asia and the Caucasus since 2013.
In 2026 there will be conferences in the United States (Tucson, Arizona) and Europe (Porto, Portugal).
The "Dynamics Days Latin America and the Caribbean" International Conference is now fifteen years old since its first edition, held biennially (with one interruption due to the Covid Pandemic). In 2026 it will return to Brazil, in Curitiba, capital of the state of Paraná, also resuming its original periodicity.
Previous editions:
• 2010 – São José dos Campos, Brazil
• 2012 – Cartagena, Colombia
• 2014 – Viña del Mar, Chile
• 2016 – Puebla, Mexico
• 2018 – Punta del Este, Uruguay
• 2024 – Buenos Aires, Argentina
The main goal of this event is to promote the dissemination of research and cross-fertilization of ideas from a broad range of areas of research in applied dynamical systems.
The conference will consist of invited talks, oral communications and poster sessions. Contributions are invited in theoretical, experimental and computational research.
We encourage the active participation of young scientists working in research areas covered by the topics of interest in the event. In particular, we work actively to promote diversity and the participation of women scientists.
