RAREFIED GAS FLOW THROUGH A LONG CYLINDRICAL TUBE
The applet provides the mass flow rate of a rarefied gas through a long tube caused by an arbitrary pressure difference. It is assumed the flow to be subsonic and laminar.
The details can be found in the paper by F. Sharipov and V. Seleznev, J. Vac. Sci. Technol. A 12 , 2933-2935 (1994).
The viscosities were calculated ab initio in paper 1, paper 2, paper 3, paper 4.
