RAREFIED GAS FLOW THROUGH A LONG CONIC TUBE

The applet provides the mass flow rate of a rarefied gas through a long conic tube caused by an arbitrary pressure drop. The diffuse gas-surface interaction (cosine law) is assumed. It is a particular example of the methodology elaborated in the paper by F. Sharipov and G. Bertoldo, J. Vac. Sci. Technol. A 23(3) , 531-533 (2005). If you have questions or suggestions to improve the program, please write me: sharipov@fisica.ufpr.br.
